THE CRUNCH
Capcom has announced Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies VR, a remake of the 2013 title redesigned for virtual reality. The game is set for release next year on Meta Quest 3, Quest 3S, Quest 2, Quest Pro and the upcoming Meta VR Glasses. Players can use hand tracking to call out witnesses and present evidence, or shout the game’s signature catchphrase to trigger an 'OBJECTION!' moment. The experience retains
the original story and cases, with Capcom promising the same gripping narrative and colourful characters. While fans have waited for a new entry, Capcom has recently focused on re-releasing older titles in compilations. The last entirely new Ace Attorney game was The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve in 2017.
