Danganronpa 2×2 will launch on January 14, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch and PC. The title is set to appear on both Nintendo’s current and next-generation consoles, alongside Microsoft and Sony’s current hardware. The game will be distributed digitally via Steam on PC.

The inclusion of Switch 2 alongside the original Switch suggests the title is designed to run on both generations of Nintendo hardware. This multi-generational approach mirrors recent trends where publishers release titles on both current and upcoming hardware simultaneously to maximise reach.
