tinyBuild and developer OMYOG have released the dinosaur first-person shooter FEROCIOUS for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. The game, which launched on PC via Steam in December 2025, tasks players with surviving on a dangerous island filled with mercenaries, dinosaurs and mechas. Players must craft weapons and gear to adapt to the hostile ecosystem and even control dinosaurs to aid their survival.
The console version lets players wake on an uncharted island where the environment itself is a relentless force, offering ancient ruins and apex predators as both threats and tools. Combat is described as intense and adaptive, requiring players to tailor their arsenal to face mercenaries and mechs.
The game is available now on both PS5 and Xbox Series, following its initial PC release. Players can watch a new launch trailer to see the gameplay in action.
