THE CRUNCH

Pixel Washer, a retro power washer simulator starring a piggy, launches in Early Access for PC via Steam on October 15. Publisher Acclaim and developer Valadria announced that Switch 2 and Switch versions will follow in 2027. Players scrub grime off pixelated worlds to uncover hidden art and upgrade their equipment.

The game tasks players with controlling an adorable piggy and blasting grime off stunning pixelated worlds using a power washer. Scrubbing reveals vibrant pixel art hidden beneath layers of dirt, mud, and filth. Players can earn coins to upgrade their gear for more pressure, wider spray, and longer range.

Beyond basic cleaning, the game includes varied challenges such as navigating a sprawling hedge maze and solving memory puzzles by washing away grime. The developer describes the experience as simple, relaxing, and easy to play but hard to put down.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
