THE CRUNCH

Supermicro Computer has started shipping the NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 rack system, integrating Supermicro's Data Center Building Block Solutions and direct liquid cooling stack (DLC-2). The company claims this end-to-end integration allows customers to order a Scalable Unit and receive production-ready systems.

The shipping announcement comes from a press release shared by TechPowerUp, which notes that Supermicro has spent years developing the liquid-cooling stack and manufacturing capacity for this moment. The system is designed to connect from the cold plate to the cooling tower, offering a complete solution for the Vera Rubin platform.
