THE CRUNCH

New York-based Reco has raised $55 million in a strategic funding round led by AT&T Ventures to expand its sales and support teams. The company provides visibility and governance for AI agents, mapping their permissions and workflows to identify risks. The investment brings Reco’s total funding to $140 million.

The round also includes support from Forestay and Quadrille Capital. Reco’s solution integrates with multiple AI providers and enterprise applications, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft’s Copilot, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday. The company uses the Reco Graph to map relationships between agents, accounts, API connections, sessions, MCP tools, and employee applications to identify unnecessary exposure and revoke excessive permissions.

AT&T Ventures head Vikram Taneja noted that as agent adoption continues to evolve, the need for visibility and governance aligns with enterprise requirements. Reco plans to use the fresh investment to hire new talent across its sales, partnerships, channels, and customer support teams.
