Grimlore Games and THQ Nordic have announced that Titan Quest II will leave Early Access and launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC on January 19, 2027. The game will cost $59.99 on consoles and $49.99 on PC. The sequel returns players to a reimagined ancient Greece where they must battle monsters and gods to stop the corrupt Goddess of Retribution, Nemesis.

The publisher describes Titan Quest II as a handcrafted action RPG focused on exploration and combat. Players can combine two masteries to create a flexible character class and face off against legendary creatures like cyclopes and gryphons. The game features a deep character build system and a unique handcrafted world rooted in Greek mythology.

Titan Quest II first entered Early Access for PC on August 1, 2025. The developers aim to provide a challenging experience where enemies form factions and work together to keep players on their toes. Rituals allow players to control the game's difficulty, ensuring a tailored experience for different skill levels.
