THE CRUNCH

Cooperative first-person roguelite UnderMire launches for PC via Steam on November 13, developer Table Knight Games announced, and a demo is available now. Up to four players descend into an ever-changing magical bunker beneath an old English manor, battling fear-fueled monsters, hazards, bosses and puzzles across multiple biomes. Proximity voice chat is built in, so teams can work together or, as the studio puts it, panic together when things go wrong.

Players pick from four characters, Hannah, Leo, Rawiah and Sam, each with their own playstyle and tools, and manage a fear gauge while completing strange tasks and hunting secrets. When weapons fall short, the SMUSH system lets almost anything be combined and repurposed, from healing items to improvised explosives and elemental weapons.
