THE CRUNCH
Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have announced that Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2 and PC on March 4, 2027. The sequel to the dark Three Kingdoms action RPG will be available on Game Pass and includes a free alpha demo that is playable until September 30. The demo offers an early look at the game's in-progress character creation system and online multiplayer for up to three.
The demo lets players explore the open field of Changban and join Liu Bei's army against Cao Cao, while also encountering demons inspired by Chinese classics. Upon finishing the demo, players will receive the Fledgling Phoenix Helmet as a bonus for the full game.
Pre-orders are now available for the Standard Edition at £64.99 and the Digital Deluxe Edition at £94.99. The Deluxe Edition includes a Season Pass, a digital art book and a mini soundtrack, with the first DLC content scheduled for release by August 31, 2027.
