Chivalware, a tile-matching action roguelite from developer Regal Pigeon, will launch on Switch 2 and PC via Steam on November 5, publishers The Arcade Crew and Imperfect Games announced. The Switch 2 version is newly announced alongside the date. A demo is available now for both platforms.
The game casts you as a Disk Knight, a warrior who wields weapon disks and battles on a grid battlefield. You equip up to three weapon disks, each with its own colour, and charge their energy by matching tiles in real time while dodging enemy attacks. The premise sends you to slay a king driven mad by power and isolation, with strange glitches hinting at something deeper.
