The startup emerged from stealth mode in 2024 with an AI-native DLP platform that uses multi-layer classification to identify content and context. Its AI agents take over the DLP process, investigating events and tuning policies. MIND plans to use the fresh investment to expand into key enterprise markets and deepen partnerships.

CEO Eran Barak argues that traditional DLP tools are not built for the speed of AI, which creates new ways to access and move sensitive data. The company aims to redefine data protection for the AI era.

The funding brings the total raised by MIND to $112 million. This follows a trend of AI-native security startups securing significant capital, such as Exein's $270 million round at a $1.7 billion valuation for physical AI security.
