HP Inc. has unveiled the OmniBook Ultra 16 and OmniBook X 14, two laptops that the company claims are the world's thinnest to feature NVIDIA RTX Spark technology. The devices are designed to run Windows with local AI processing capabilities, aiming to integrate personal agents directly into the user's workflow. HP has stated these machines target a broad audience, including creators, developers, gamers, and entrepreneurs.
The laptops are part of HP's broader push into next-generation AI PCs, which also includes the upcoming HP OmniDesk. HP emphasises that these devices will support open-source tools alongside AI-powered applications, allowing for more intelligent and responsive computing experiences. The company's Senior Vice President, Samuel Chang, highlighted the focus on bringing intelligent experiences into everyday tasks.
