THE CRUNCH

Konami has no plans to slow the Silent Hill revival, with a second and third wave of games already in planning, according to series producer Motoi Okamoto in an interview with Famitsu. Okamoto said the studio is satisfied with how the three releases since the revival's 2022 announcement have performed, calling it a relief given that he had to do some convincing internally to get the first three games made.

That first wave, as Okamoto describes it, covers the Silent Hill 2 remake, Silent Hill Townfall and Silent Hill f. He declined to say what the next waves will contain, beyond confirming that Konami is working on a number of projects.
