Annihilated, a story-driven roguelite RPG from developer Desu Kumiai, will launch for PC via Steam on November 10, the developer announced. The premise is grimly charming: the Hero's party has been annihilated, and you can save only one of four broken survivors. The Hero can say only "Yes" or "No", the Mage has lost their magic, and the Warrior is a soul trapped in a doll. You play a member of the "Death Squad to Rescue the Brave Party", whose name and gender can be changed, and escape a four-layer labyrinth alongside your chosen companion.
The game blends exploration and conversation with timing-based card battles, where managing limited resources and pressing the button at the right moment is key to survival. Desu Kumiai describes a 150,000-word scenario with four character routes, hand-drawn illustrations fusing cute art with dark horror effects, and original music by NINOMIYA Yuji.
